Im in the Keys, and my U-verse is showing the 1st motos at 7pm, which is after the 2nd motos on NBCSN.

Anybody else see this? I mean, it’s not life altering, but damn!

NBC Gold Pass. The sport isn't dying. It's a niche sport and always will be. Simple as that. For less than you spend at Starbucks in a couple weeks, you can watch every moto and qualifying live every weekend without commercials.

except we have 4 races total and each race starts and finishes on the same network. remember how it was in the 2000s when everything was tape delayed a week. lets just enjoy what we have. if it's really an issue get gold pass.

People that keep complaining about the coverage need to move on to another sport.

You comparing motocross to any of the major sports where the players make upwards of $30million a year? If I walk outside and ask any random 10 people shoot 20 people who Eli Tomac is they won't know. Like someone said its a niche sport that we all love more passionately than any of the fans of the major sports. I like it that way. Buy the Gold Pass

You don't have to buy the NBC Sports Gold app pass to watch MX. It plays on regular TV on MAVTV and NBCSN.

The Gold app is just a bonus. Practice, no commercial, on-demand. What's not to like?

As for what other sports? F1 has F1 TV and I believe MotoGP has something similar. I'm sure there's others as well that use a similar platform.

Streaming doesn’t work where I live, barely get internet. Yeah changing channels, recording, double checking is a hassle but I remember waiting for cycle news to come out on Wednesday to read about race, hoping for good pics lol! Stoked we got what we got now. ?

Moto Gp?? MXGP's?? There is also NFL Sunday Ticket and MLB, NHL etc etc offering streaming passes with better coverage. NFL Sunday ticket is also like $200 a year and there are still blackouts......and nobody MAKES you do that. You can watch the motos at 7PM if you want.

Good grief.

The way Maverick made it sound earlier was that you didn’t need a dvr with gold pass so you should be able to start at the beginning and watch right on through. Right?

If you have the Gold pass the races are archived so you can watch on-demand anytime you want.

Ah that explains it. Got home from riding, stayed off social media all day, turn on TV/dvr and only have 2nd motos. Was like WTF but figured I screwed up the DVR. So just watched the 2nd motos and got the high lights for the 1st set. Kinda a bummer but guess it is what it is...

For those saying just get gold pass, you don't understand that even in 2019 there are places in the US that don't have high speed internet available (that's reliable). Would love to get rid of DirectTV and stream everything but a majority of the time I wold be stuck buffering...

Your are definitely the minority. Even remote areas generally have a high speed option. Do you LTE level cell service? If so, get an unlimited cell plan and use your phone as your wifi. DirectTv has internet too, right?

Yeah there are satellite internet options but they are expensive and have data caps where they throttle your speed after reaching. If you are streaming you'll reach the caps in a week or so.

The second motos aired from 6-8 and the first from 7-9. What US sport air the second half of the game first and then overlaps the first half on tv.

I have MAVTV and the first motos aired at 4pm EST.

It's not the sport that chose the time slot, it's your TV provider. Complain to them.

You know what? You're right....it's just totally messed up and we should just cancel the rest of the race season. Life is just so unfair! I mean really , they wanted $90.00 for the entire SX and MX season , live , on demand and commercial free......it's ridiculous. That means I would have to give up like 11 of my most favorite Starbuck's coffee's , or 4 trip's to the salon to get my beard trimmed , or half the price of my new skinny , acid washed jeans! I don't even know why I've kept myself alive all this long....it just isn't worth it!

What do you want the industry people to do about your TV provider? They have no control over that.

It might have aired at 7pm for you but it aired live at 4pm for a lot of people who have different TV providers including me.

Also, no problem whatsoever on NBC Sports Gold. Live, no commercial, on-demand.

The point is , if you are here in the states or another country that carries the gold package , you should get it and there won't be any viewing problems. I myself use PS view , which doesn't carry Mav TV. If I wanted to watch the 1st Moto's , I needed the gold pass. Same with mxgp. If I was happy with just watching the 2nd motos of the mx1 and mx2 , delayed next day , I wouldn't of bought that package either. But I would of missed the other 8 - 14 motos + qualifyers. I wanted to be able to watch them all. The gold pass actually helped in SX as well , because a few of them were delayed.

Do I want to spend that kind of money on this stuff? No. But I wanted to have a chance at watching everything I could , and it was well worth every penny.
