Switchback MX Owner arrested

I just got a call 20 minutes ago about this. I just hope someone can buy it and keep the indoor track open in the winter.

This piece of shit literally had Butler Hospital listed as a track sponsor, a few years ago. It wasn't because of the amount of morans,who had no reason to be on a bike let alone a track, break and kill themselves there. It was because they were stealing money.


Wasted stolen money on a brand new water truck. Must have pocketed the money needed for a dozer and other useful equipment.

He also had the track rebuilt on several occasions during this so called sponsorship, by a professional track builder, a few years ago. Then all this comes about, wife gets fired, he gets fired. Well what do you know, no more track rebuilds, shit equipment, nobody with half a brain at the track during practices.

He ran the track like a dumbass to begin with, piss poor prep, but always had someone collecting money.

Him and his wife should/better be put away for this, stealing money from a hospital, they do a good enough job of that as is.

With any luck someone can buy it, but the dirt and ground there is garbage. Take someone stealing from the government to get enough money to make it a half decent track.

Very sad situation. They need put away for this if proven guilty. I spent a lot of time at D5 MX tracks back in the day.

Id like to buy the facillity and turn it around and move my 3 brands dealer there. Still looking for a legitimate place to make a training facility anywhere in the country except north of here or FL
