The bottom line is Reed ran a 56 on the lap Stewart got around him. Reed was a half second down after that lap and Stewart gaped him from there. If Reed had any game he would of been able to stay close or make a move on Stewart. When all the smoke clears it is what it is. Reed simply cannot beat Stewart. Reed has done nothing for himself all season.

RC once said that he does what he has to do when he has to do it. Stewart falls in that same quote. Reed on the other hand Never has and Never will.

Face it, CR's heated and losing right now. Dropping F-bombs, grabbing necks and yelling at JS ain't gonna do jack, jack!!! JS is in is head and funnily enough also in the head of all the haters out there.

JS will take the title, CR will head back to Aussie (and probably retire), the Nationals will begin and everyone will begin talking shit about RV or MA in the 450s and a battle will begin about who the better 250 riders are between the world champs (CP and TR) and our homegrown riders.

Boniface said he'd race his teamates hard in the last two races of the season with Hughes and Langston fighting for the championship and he didn't care what Brooks thought. That's a lot different thing from asking a lapper to torpedo the competition.

Remember the Pro Circuit guys pinballing Alessi off the start at GH '05? Perfectly fine, they're racing. There's no team manager in the world that would ask a lapper to ram a competitor in a supercross. They might ask him to race the competitor hard if he got ahead, though. Nothing wrong with that.

This reminds me a little of SLC in '03 when RC thought the Yamaha guys were trying to knock him down to help Reed. I didn't see it, but RC was pissed. Tempers get a little frayed in these situations.
