I have the same trailer dimensions. It tows great but I would prefer a wider trailer. I'd post a picture but I haven't done anything to the inside. How many bikes are you hauling? That'll determine if you should put anything on the walls. Because of the handlebars mine takes up a good bit of space. I have the Risk Racing tie down system now. I plan on putting 3 rows of tracks on the floor so I can move my anchor points around. As well as putting down a rubber mat. I'm basically doing what my toy hauler has in it. I would put the shelving/cabinets in the nose for weight.

I have a buddy with a V nose who made a nice V shaped work bench in the front, I will try to get some pics and post them.

You can use google to search this specific site. Just type “site:vitalmx.com” before your key words.

Here’s my 6x10 setup for two bikes. I mounted a truck toolbox in the front I got for $50 and it works awesome as a bench to change/sit on and store oil, tools and other crap in. Just need to source some rubber flooring. I’d recommend painting the interior a light color, makes it seem bigger inside and also brightens everything up

You could also epoxy the floor or use the bed liner. Just take the screws out first.

Reminds me of the movie Groundhog Day.

The first thing would is go get some vinyl floor tiles.. I did this to mine 7 years ago. I works great for clean up. I just keep and old towel in there and when its wet wipe is up. or sweep it out. I have had to replace a few over the years but I had extra.

Mine is 16’ so this setup allowed 6 bikes easily. I pull two pins and I can open up all of the floor space for larger cargo if needed.

Wow some of you guys are real pieces of work. Even if the OP did a search do any of you think that maybe someone has done a build since then that might be happy to help? Furthermore, if everyone stopped posting new content in favor of only using the search function this place would become very outdated and boring in a quick hurry.

How about instead of feeling the need to bust a guy’s nuts asking for content, maybe just click the back button before deciding to be an unhelpful condescending dick... or... offer up some of your own helpful info... and if u happen to have the luxury of time but don’t have any helpful info of your own... maybe post links to some helpful threads?

Here's my enclosed trailer.
It's innside measurements are 150cm wide x 370cm long x 180cm tall. Is still under construction. Did an makeover now for better space, old layout are on the pic in the bottom.
The trailers here in Norway are not so normal with so wide trailers. The newer ones are much wider, but they are to expensive.

Now

Did add work light.

Before I did the rebuild.
