Awesome ! Congrats dude, would like to know how WP feels on red. I love my 2017 btw, very good bike.

One thing i don’t get, why to put different gear brands on graphics: Fox, dc, troy, alpinestars. ?‍♂️

She is finally sitting pretty! I will say putting in a rear shock on this bike was a royal pain in the ass. Required disassembly of the entire subframe, exhaust, air box intake, fender, battery box, etc. I also did not realize that after I put the top shock bolt through and hand tightened the nut...a socket would not fit due to the design of the shock rez. Had to disassemble all over again and use a box wrench to tighten the nut. So all in all, I am glad this sucker is in. She doesn’t look too shabby. First impressions...shock is super well made, looks trick and sitting on my bike stationary...it feels much better than the stock shock. Cannot wait to get to the track and start dialing this suspension in. Here is a quick photo of it. I finished my last bolt and the rain started so I will get more photos in daylight and post them soon

Thanks! Sanford is right down the street from me. You ever ride at pax trax in Bunnell? I try and go at least once every weekend. Always looking for people to ride with!

I used to only ride pax for the longest time but I haven't been there in years. All my broken bones are from that place just have some voodoo going on lol. Think I'm going to wildwood this weekend

I'm looking to do the same on mine since I had Cone Valves on my KTM. If you don't mind me asking, how much did FC charge you for forks and shock? They set them up for you correct?

I paid around 6k-ish for everything including diff springs, valving set up, shipping etc. they did set them up to my riding style and weight. Pretty darn spot in from FC. I adjusted 1-2 clicks just to dial exactly how I wanted and this set up is amazing. Feels plush, soaks everything up, no harsh feeling in any of the stroke, and hooks up night and day difference over stock suspension. Coming around flat turns the bike is just glued to the ground. The trax shock exceeded my expectations for sure. I absolutely love the WP stuff. I am actually out at the track right now getting time on the suspension finally.

Yea I do, but it has its ups and its downs....i ride a mixture of track and trails. On the trails its great. On the track, i find myself wanting to have a standard style clutch. the major downside is, this clutch needs to be adjusted every couple rides or it starts making weird noises when you take off without pulling the clutch in. If it is adjusted the noise goes away. so if you dont mind having to adjust every other ride or at least every 3 rides, i would say go with a hinson race clutch instead. How do you go about fitting the arc clutch lever with the stupid electric start connected to it?

How is this bike doing for you? Assuming you still have it. I just got a 2018 CRF450R last week. It is a project bike for sure. Needs some work due to prior owner neglect. Engine and transmission seem to be good though.
