- Good diet + vitamin + prot + BCAA.

- Beginner cure lean mass : 1/12 week : Testo P 500 mg 1/6 week : Win tabs 50 mg.

- After your cure you need a PCT ( (post cycle therapy) : D1 : 150mg clomid + 40mg nolva, D2 à 11 : 100mg clomid +20mg nolva, D11 à J21 : 50mg + 20mg nolva (Very light cure, good to have a low bodyfat, good for an MX rider).

- Detox your Liver after the cure.

- Ventoline. I dont like Clenbu.

- You can use HGH but it's very expensive and you need the help of a doctor because you can develop a cancer. 6 months minimum 4 IU/day, 2 IU in the morning, 2 IU before going to sleep and use Big pharma brand.

- Hard training.

Everything else is useless.

Edit : I wouldn't advise you about doing that.

My personal experience with keto is that is good for endurance type stuff where you keep your heart rate pretty low. Once you get into your red line zone you're not going to do very well because your body start requiring glucose/glycogen and your stores are already depleted.
I rode 70 miles on a bike last winter and all I ate was one cheese stick. No way I do that in glycolysis, I would bonk at some point, but in ketosis you have so much stored energy in the form of fat.
Of course I didn't go very fast either. That's why during racing season (which for me is 1-2 hours events) I wouldn't recommend it.
For moto I wouldn't either, since motos are so short.
I'm not a doctor/nutritionist/jeffreyherlings, this is just my opinion based on my own experience.

Picture on the right is in June. Picture on the left is after being on the keto diet for about 6 weeks and four days off of it on a cruise ship. It works but I do about 30 carbs a day, mostly fruit.

Damn bro that’s impressive. 30 calories a day.. damn.

Coach Robb on DMXS (moto based fitness pod) radio just did a podcast on Keto diets and it makes me interested in trying it out, though I don’t need it, would be good to start “over”

I've done keto on/off but with my running my business at the moment and the foreseeable future (next few months) I can't afford to spend 2 weeks feeling like crap and have no energy, so I'm primarily eating a paleo focused moderate carb higher fat moderate protein diet and it's working well for me. The higher [good] fat is definitely key for me in order to feel full, and saving carbs for the end of the day after being at my computer working for 10-14 hours, is the perfect way to relax. Been doing an elimination diet to heal the gut, so I also don't do much of any dairy, wheat, and trying to remove almost all sugar (that's the toughest one).

That all said...
Thomas Delauer has been my go-to source for pretty much everything food & health related. Tons of scientific research goes into his content and there's a reason his channel has absolutely blown up.

https://www.youtube.com/user/TheTdelauer

Learned a ton from his vids, especially the omega 3-6 fatty acid ratio & why most oils (hydrogenated veg (soybean) oil, and even the nut/seed oils are bad for us - high in omega 6 whether it's organic or not - and that's pretty much why the uninformed vegans say "oils are bad") well no sh!t hydrogen infused canola and soybean oil that's already rancid in its packaging and has a shelf life of 60 years is bad for you lmao. Whereas organic & non gmo cold pressed coconut oil, ghee, & avacado oil are your best bets for cooking & never use olive oil for cooking, it's smoke point is very low compared to ghee or avacado oil.

As for the fatty cuts of meat & eggs - unless it's lifetime grazed/grass fed & finished beef, pastured pork/poultry that's been vegetarian fed (NO SOY), you'll want to stick with leaner cuts.

When consuming fat from animals, the toxins, phytoestrogens if the animal ate soy products, and any pesticides/insecticides/fungicides sprayed on crops that they ate are embed in their fat. When you eat the fat from the animals, you absorb those toxins. This is probably the main root to why the whole vegan craze from "what the health" took off. No sh!t when you consume meat from a feedlot (those poor animals), that eat nothing but corn and soy, they'll be high in inflammatory omega 6 and inflammation in your body is the root of pretty much every disease.

I love Thousand Hills Cattle Co.'s lifetime grass grazed 80/20 ground beef & new york strip steaks. I definitely enjoy a lot of organic dense leafy greens as well! http://www.thousandhillslifetimegrazed.com/

You're not kidding about the shit breath. I brush, floss, use Literine all multiple times a day. Constantly chew gum or have mints in, and I'll still have friends occasionally say sorry but your breath is really bad. Its damn embarrassing. I don't know what the hell to do about it, nothing seems to work. I even use those breath strips that are strong and had comments before.

I went atkins/Keto about 3 years ago and lost about 50 lbs. I started putting weight on this Summer because I was off the wagon, about 12-15 lbs. I'm getting back into it and already dropped about 7-9.

These types of "diets" cannot be sustained in a healthy manner.
Vegan propaganda. Humans ate very little plant food and most of the veggies you eat today weren't even around. Check out the carnivore diet. Meat heals website. Sean Baker on Instagram.
So many people healing all sorts of disease/issues.
Also no agenda involved unlike vegans with their cherry picked myths.

I'm pretty interested in dropping 20-30 lbs but I love beer, I'm probably an alcoholic but I don't really care. I suppose this diet won't work for me?

I don’t how much beer you consume, but You’re never going to get the full effects of any kind of diet if you’re drinking a lot of beer everyday, especially on a diet that’s designed to cut out those high GI carbs (beer).

I'm currently not on any type of diet. I have, over the last year, lost around 20-25 lbs by cutting back on what I eat and exercising a bit. I've started riding more and was just hoping for a quick way to shed another 20 lbs or so. I'll keep doing what I'm doing until I hit my goal without giving up my beer. I have started to limit myself to 6 or under on weeknights so I'm hoping that will help the process a little. I've really cut most other carbs out and I've felt like that's been a big benefit. my blood test look better anyway.

That's pretty much it, it is possible but it's for sure harder with beer. Keto, Intermittent fasting and all types of diets it self dont make you lose weight, it simply makes it easier for you to eat less calories. What you have to do is burn more calories than you take in each day. It's still possible to consume more calories than you burn with a keto diet but it's hell of a lot harder to do so. But if you find a way to burn more calories than you consume with beer you will drop in weight.

You could try intermittent fasting. Split every 24hours into two blocks 18hours fasting and a 6hour eating window. Keep the fast carbs low. You can break the fast with a smallish, relatively fast carb, low fat meal.
Or simply do more exercise, without increasing calorie input.

Sorry but calories in calories out is far too simplistic. Read some of the recent studies on the topic or simply google Ben Bikman. If you want to lose weight, you need to understand how to control the hormone that regulates the burning or storage of fat.....insulin. There are studies out there where people have gained weight on a caloric deficit and lost weigh on a caloric surplus. By its very definition, calories in calories out assumes that all calories are equal, 100 calories of Monster is the same as 100 calories of broccoli which is asinine. It also ignores the thermic effect of food, protein vs fat vs carbohydrates.

If your goal is weight loss, understand how to control your insulin. This can be achieved by sugar/carb restriction (Keto will work). Turn your body into a fat burner (the single biggest benefit), introduce intermittent fasting or time restricted eating and the weight will drop off. (I introduced this to gain the benefits of the body in fast mode - Google Dr. Jason Fung). Do NOT restrict your caloric intake, this will work in the short term but it is temporary, your body will adjust and you will gain it all back.

I started with Keto, became a fat burner, feel great with tons of energy and down 30+ pounds. I am now currently more of a carnivore keto eating almost entirely a meat diet (google Dr Shawn Baker). I eat twice a day, I treat sugar as the drug/poison that it is and I eat this way because I believe it reduces inflammation in the body not to lose weight. Joint pain gone, fatigue gone and I feel like Team France at a MXoN!....oh and I eat until I am full....

If you go to the extremes, yes it possibly isn't as easy as that. But for most people unless you have a disease like maybe type 2 diabetes our just an absurdly weird diet already it really is. Just eat less of everything and make sure you're on calorie deficit and you will drop weight, that way you actually do control your insulin levels.

Thing is Keto is great for some while it isn't for some. The most important thing is to find a lifestyle and diet you could see yourself live for the rest of your life. Otherwhise you will just go up and down which is worthless. Personally I do intermittent fasting 16/8 and try to eat 2-3 times a day depending on how I feel, which I think is the right way for me. Could never do a keto diet for more than a few weeks.

Canadad (and a few others) obviously knows his subject very well ... for all the others, please educate yourself and the best website to do so is www.dietdoctor.com
A good read (or should I say a must read) is best seller "why we get fat" from Gary Taubes

Just another multi-level marketing scam. Monavie, Truvia, and all the others that EVERYBODY pushes telling you it is the greatest as long as you keep buying into it.

This one I believe, you dont have to buy anything, just cut out sugar and cards , and eat meat .
And lose about 10 pounds a week

Detoxing after changing what you eat is 100% normal.

My wife and I have been on keto over 2 months. Am now under 200 lb with zero energy problems. And I have not had time to do a single work out.

Only difference from “regular eating” is not eliminating potatoes, rice, pasta or fruits. Stoked eating anything that could turn to into sugar in your body. You want to eat fat.

https://www.dietdoctor.com is a good place to join with tons of great recipes. Wife cooks all of our meals on weekend and we are stuffed eating so much. We are using high quality meats and organic veggies.

Before starting As a type 2 diabetic I was taking 2 metformin, Bosaglar 35mg. daily and trulicity once a week. After 2 weeks numbers dropped to under 100 and started weening off metformin and stopped. Next week I stopped Trulicity.

Bosaglar dropped from 35 to 15.

I have been traveling for 2 weeks so still taking Bosaglar 15mg and when I get home next week will stop taking any meds for.

We all have been taught to eat the bad stuff that is making people die and medical drugs sell at insane levels.

Nice thread on the Keto diet (just like Atkins for us old folks). That being said, do the supplements actually work or is it a scam? Does anyone have first hand knowledge?

One of the great things about keto is that one never runs out of fuel. Once your body makes the metabolic shift from glucose to fat you have a supply of fat on your body, however much you have. It's all about the "shift". There is no "keto light" diet. One is either in keto or isn't. By the way, if you are using those strips you piss on to check your level, after some time they won't work as your body will stop pissing keytones out.

No need for supplements, however keeping your electrolytes in check is very important so you may want to supplement that. Iv been on Keto for a long time and I can maintain about 9% body fat while not losing Muscle mass with a decent meal plan and about 30 minutes a day in the gym.

No need for supplements, however keeping your electrolytes in check is very important so you may want to supplement that. Iv been on Keto for a long time and I can maintain about 9% body fat while not losing Muscle mass with a decent meal plan and about 30 minutes a day in the gym.
Thanks

One of the great things about keto is that one never runs out of fuel. Once your body makes the metabolic shift from glucose to fat you have a supply of fat on your body, however much you have. It's all about the "shift". There is no "keto light" diet. One is either in keto or isn't. By the way, if you are using those strips you piss on to check your level, after some time they won't work as your body will stop pissing keytones out.
I agree, but I was Keto for about a yr, and for the most part I still am - say 4-5 days of the week.

The real eye-opener for me is that I'm now aware and conscience of what I eat. I eat pasta & other carbs every now and then, but for the most part the victory for me has been just changing my eating habits.
