Prado with the holeshot, Jonass down in the first turn. That gold plate starting to inch closer to the #61.

Motorsport.tv was supposed to air it, but it's not on, they're showing some race from 1985 instead..?

i thought the same thing when they were on the startline.

Those Euro machines are built for sand. They looked a lot better than Lawrence's honda

pm please?! I also woke up with nothing to do other than watch racing, and was hoping mxgp not just F1. I'd normally be happy to see a retro road race but wasn't stoked to see it this morning instead of the live race feed.. cheers

What's happening with Hunter Lawrence again next year? I'm mixed up with who's doing what.

Anyway he had a good ride going there for a while, bit like his old self. Shame it went sideways.

Nearly 5 seconds faster that lap than anyone not named Cairoli.

Jeffrey doesn't want to wrap up a title playing it safe like Eli. Impressive!

Looks like a huge crowd today!

I was there the first year they went to Assen, and it was a great atmosphere even if Herlings was injured and they had Coldenhoff as the top guy to cheer on. I can only imagine what it’s like today.

Herlings standing up and / or jumping thru the corners is a thing of beauty!

sure would like to see go pro footage of what it is like to never use your brakes.. doesn't look like Jeffrey uses one though..

Imagine what it'll be like for the MXdN, they've got a great team if Herlings, Coldenhoff an Vlandeeren can stay healthy!

Oh yeah for sure! If they all stay healthy it’s hard to see anyone beating them on that track.

Securing the world championship in front of your home crowd seems pretty awesome.
