If the bottle looks frotsty(?)...that's because it is. My bottle lives in the freezer until it's gone.
I gotta try that Hornitos black Barrel. Yep freezer is the ticket. You need to try these big cubes (2" square) since they don't melt and dilute as much.

I was sitting at an upscale old school bar one evening with my youngest son and he ordered up a drink. Bartender opens the ice box and chops off a large chunk of ice. Shapes it by hand chipping away at it with the backside of a knife till it fit the glass. Said it was ice used for ice sculptures, crystal clear. He stirred the drink to perfection. It was quite impressive seeing a professional tune that drink like no practice mechanic could ever dream of. Laughing

I’m not much of a tequila sipper, but I do use Patron silver in my margaritas. The guys who work for me, bought me a big bottle of Patron Platinum, which is designed for sipping, but I used it in my margaritas too. I realize it was a waste, but it would still be sitting in my cupboard if I didn’t.

Other than that... it’s Pacifico for me ! I’d rather have a couple beers and an occasional shot of Patron, than get all liquored up.

Remember I grew up 5 miles from Red Bud so I am Rolling in a couple days early so I can spend time with family.

Booked a room in Saint Joseph and Strange how in juggle the arrival date changes what hotels are available and going 1 day later the choices disappear and $$$ goes up.

I just learned that a cousin passed and may be up there Friday.
