Id pay nothing because the OEMs host demo days for free already.
For the huge number of riders who dont live anywhere near demo days..... im a minimum 8 hour drive to hit up a demo day. Nothing remotely close to Mississippi in that regard

Agree. Would think a lot of metro areas that aren't near a demo day could draw 50-100 people to come ride. Even if it's just 3-5 laps per session. I'd gladly pay $250. And I think a lot of people would leave with a new respect for Brand X and possibly help them buy a bike that fits the style better.

Really? Yamaha, KTM and Husqvarna are the only ones I have seen advertising them. Never seen a free demo day from Honda, Kawasaki or Suzuki...

I've done Yamaha demo's when they happened to be doing it at practice days I was at. Definitely a cool thing

$250 to ride all new 450's and i am prob going to hand 2 of them back to you all wadded up. Seriously though there was a guy in Michigan that did it, you should ask him how much money he lost doing it. Its more something the manufactures should do, have a demo day where all brands show up at tracks across the country. They all have demo days why not do them all at the same places at the same time.

The real question is how much would you pay to ride a tractor up and down the hills of budds creek while smoking weed with John Beasley?

I've been to an event such as this on the road racing side. $250 for a track day at Buttonwillow and was able to test a bunch of new bikes.

Really cool event and would definitely do something like this if it was offered in the dirt world.

$250 is only a quarter the price of a new exhaust. Seems like a lot, but it won't go far when your sub frame just got taco'd by Brandon.

How are you going to get that many people in one place. Twenty people on here saying $200 does not mean 20 within driving distance for such a day.
Great insight.
