Dave at Smart Perfotmance has a pretty affordable fix. You can install the kits yourself if you prefer.

I don't know if it would be better to just buy the AER, or send my forks in for a third time to a third tuner for a fix.

I just purchased the Lucky kit from MX tech. For my 16 Ktm 450. I have only taken them to the track for the first time last weekend. I have not ridden much since the fall but so far they are not to bad. I need to do some more adjusting like adding more oil. They felt like they blew thru the stroke very easy but they never bottomed out. It was kinda odd. When I went stiffer on the compression it just got real stiff and uncomfortable quick. They felt good but just need some tweaking. They are way better then the 4cs. I’m not a pro tuner but I’m trying to learn and I think I have a good base to start with.

I have used both 4CS and AER48, neither worked good in braking bumps. Curently have Öhlins inserts in my AER48 forks and love it! Any questions about 4CS, AER48 or the Öhlins send me a pm.

Had a 2016 Set of 4cs sitting in the corner of the shop collecting dust - shipped them to Enzo last week for the KYB SSS Conversion......2 weeks and I should have them backWoohoo

Also have a 2017 AER Forks that went to Kreft last year - very nice, I'll be keeping these! They go on my 18.5 450 FE for some testing next week. They were on my 16 350/380 but kept them when I sold it. Moved them to my Offroad bike 350/380 XCF and let some air out and they work very nice offroad.

Once I get the Enzo stuff back my 18.5 stuff is going to Slipdog for some of his tricks........he has a set of 2017 WP rear shock right now that I will use with my KYB/WP SSS forks.

Suspension is everything!!!!! Having different sets of suspension for different situations is 1000 X's better than datingSilly Woohoo
