As someone said in the cycle news comments, the Oems and dealerships should file a lawsuit asap against the Cpsc for losses due to the ban. Some big lawfirm would jump on this billion dollar screw up in a second.

Where is the industry in this all the bike OEMS should team up and put together the same lawyers as OJ had years ago. You know what i mean im sure they could squash this thing in a hearbeat.
