not sure what you are saying makes you sick.

He is cycling all of his income through his debt account. Now the debt will bounce up and down, but mortgage payments are figured on average daily balance. So, dropping it a few thousand each month on average will drop the interest.

Sounds like a bank is willing to do business that way then it's a reasonable deal if you are financially responsible.
