Do you have a tall seat on your RM? That is just what those year Suzukis needed for both looks and comfort. I rode a 88 125 and a 250 once and the seat dipped in the center rolled your butt to the middle like a worn out mattress.
What is the carbon fiber tube from that it fit the old end caps?

The seat is self-made Husaberg foam. It is the original higher and harder. Bike goes yet again to dyno.

Bringing back your awesome build here for some questions if you don’t mind. I”m tinkering with an 87 model.
1. Do you know if the 87 cylinder interchanges with 88 ?
2. What size was the Keihin carb? Was it better than the Mikuni tmx you tried ?
3. What was the purpose of the large reed spacer? To fit the vforce?
4. Who did thenporting on that cylinder? Must have taken several hrs!
