The track looked great. Line choices between taking inside corners or hit the outside berms looked just like how the pros would choose last year imo. Realistic scaled tracks and bar banging should be fun online. 12 players running close times and all of a sudden every pass will be a battle just like on tv.

Also, gravel looks pretty fun too. The track in LA Coliseum looks like it would be a blast to play on.
That said I would have expected to see the bigger/high ones used for the replica tracks in the game. If the one's seen in the video's are indeed the bigger/high whoops the other versions will be pointless since the one's shown in the video's are pretty much nonexistent.
here's the track map if anyone is interested.
If you want to see what we have to work with, go to the original track editor video, set the play speed to .25, go to .42 seconds in the video, and play pause to stop on all the different track piece options. You can see most of what it has to offer. Including that there are 3 different whoops sizes.
The AI obviously get smarter/tougher to beat that's for sure.
If the obstacles do change sizes with the difficulty level chosen I think that would be a first. That might be possible during the career mode or single race but I don't think that would be an option for online play.
Pit Row
Such a big step for milestone games.
I'm not too worried about the "VVV" gameplay videos. If you pause at the 18-second mark he is playing with assists on AND on the easy difficulty setting.

I look at it like this. The game must not be overly simplistic and does have a bit of a learning curve to play right. That's never a bad thing. Most of the videos we saw from MXGP pre release looked rough too and Supercross is less forgiving. It will be here soon and I'm sure once skilled players have it it will look way better.
And as stated above, these vids are in easy mode, assists on, the whole thing. I agree it would be cool to put your top rider on a video with pro physics for the hardcore fans But we've never really seen that any time before either, sadly.
