In Project Cars/Project Cars 2 theres 2 views I find pretty cool. 1 is the in car cockpit view which would be the equivalent of the first person view in the MXGP series but the other one is the in helmet view. Your still in the cockpit but view things from your helmet's face shield.
Would be cool if we could see things from behind the goggles point of view.
Have you seen the VR shit? (prob have I'm not really on top of how prevalent it is haha) it's super cool but probably a sure fire way to make you sick haha but it'd be cool to get it on a mx game.. Even though you'd have to look like a dickhead with those goggles on

One of the comments on the VVV youtube video...seems like coming up short and slapping your way through rhythm sections will hurt your speed and momentum. Which is great and how it should be!
Hopefully the difficulty settings are a bit harder than MXGP3, which should further emphasize being precise and nailing the rhythm sections.
Here's a clip of the view I'm talking about. Now imagine having that view but with a moto helmet and goggles. I think this view is much cooler than the 1st person view they currently have. Really makes you feel like you're the one behind the wheel.

Here's the Dirt Rally version pretty crazy
I can't remember which game it was but the screen would get dirty and you could press a button for it to become clear again. Not sure why they don't incorporate a roost/mud/tear off feature in MX games.
I remember playing Cruis'n USA on N64 and if you got close to the corn field bugs would start splattering across the windshield. Wipers came on automatically but still if it was possible back then it should be easy to do today.
It's not even close.
I think MES is easily going to be the best SX game ever. And I agree that a lot of it is who is playing. Makes a huge difference in how realistic it looks.
Will say that whomever is playing sucks, like really, really, really bad lol
Pit Row
Big Boss Snake: "I got you"
Either way I think it should be a feature in MX games. Should have the option to turn it off as well because it could become old for some people.
Roost is a real thing so why not feature it.
Would be cool to get triple monitor support for MES but don't see that happening. I pre-ordered MES from Amazon for my XBOX 1X. The more videos I see the more I want to try it. Looks really good. Can't wait to see it on the 65" 4K TV
Just got MXGP3 yesterday for the XB1. Amazon had it for 19 bucks and with some rewards dollars I had I got it for 3 bucks so I figured I would give it a try. Plan to load it up tonight.
Currently playing Ride 2 from Milestone on the PS4. Got it on a holiday sale and yes it is street bikes but I'm having fun with it.
On the bright side, you won't have to wait around for it to download on Feb. 13th.
Yeah, could some aspects of the game be improved? Maybe, but we haven't played the game yet to find out. This game is Milestone's first crack at American SX, and it looks great! You can customize the damn grips people! Ok, maybe, the whip won't feel free enough, but who gives a flying fig newton when we get all the customization, custom track maker, the environments, and graphics. SX gamers are familiar with the shallow gameplay, mediocre graphics and presentation of the past and this game is a massive step up and crushes anything in OUR market up to this point. Milestone DOES listen to the community, and they do make changes. So, if the in-air physics aren't there yet, they will eventually get there. They already attempted to make the air physics better in this current version.
Yeah, I see a few stiff elements in the rider/bikes, but as a whole, this game is looking spectacular.
The thing that is perplexing is the same lame ad on the MES broadcasts. It's not that great. They need to take advantage of the sponsor, something similar to "the Science of Supercross," or "Make-up, and Mud" where they showcase the customization, track editor, graphics and show someone who knows how to play the game on unlocked physics.
I'm just basing my opinion off what I see and past experiences with games from Milestone.
Well, nearing the end of the games life, I have put some 55 days on that game. Love it to death. I’m not too worried about the next release.
