..Loved watching this guy. Had one of the most under-rated careers IMO.

I'd love to hear a Pod Cast with him about his career, and his opinion on the evolution of the sport, where it's headed.

Matthes has been trying to do one with him for a long time. From what I hear, he doesn't want to discuss all the crazy stuff he apparently did.

Yeah, when he quit racing he totally left the sport. I think he could be a great announcer, he always had a great personality...

Leggends & Heroes had Larry at I think it was Dallas last year.

I think Larry and Hammerin Hank are partners in some businesses in SC over by the coast.

Yea, Matthes says he's tried and tried, but Larry just shrugs it off saying nobody cares to hear his stories.

I wanna say I think he moved back out west after living here Carolina's for much of his pro career (I believe).

He was actually really big into RC car racing for awhile... sponsored any everything

There was something about Dallas being the closest to where he lived. Utah maybe?

larrry actually raced my yz125 at the southwick national in 88 my ex dad ed longacre borrowed it and he got i think third overall, and i think it was his first national, first southwick anyway, i met him a few times hes a funny guy
