Totally rebuilt inside and out, this bike has been in many posts on Vital during restoration.
Powder Coated frame, Ohlin's shock ( new) forks have 87 cartridges, just 83 lower legs, DID rims HD spokes, new OEM brake shoes. rebuilt engine all new parts see photos, Eric Gorr custom cut head, billet clutch, new inner and pressure plate, drive line all new, all new modern hardware

Wow...nice job on a great bike...will be very fun to ride and look at!
I'm new at restoring and racing these...I have an '83 as well.

All, this is my race bike, I keep it at the highest level of tune, I don't think I was ever beaten on this machine, the Honda provide such torque and HP over the Suzuki.

FYI the photos of the cylinder are to show the machining that was done, most of the 83 CR's had 3mm deck height, we cut 4mm to bring the piston to the leading edge of the cylinder deck, then Eric cut a head to give 21cc of volume.
