Was Eli concussed?

I'm not saying he was. But watching the total melt down in his speed made me think something besides red plate pressure is affecting Eli. The disoriented way he got up from the front end washing out. The way he rode last night made it look like he was mentally three sheets to wind. Concussion?

He was frustrated all day. Look at the qualifier. He was doing some difficult combos but almost cart wheeling on the easy stuff. Mentally he fell apart. After he crashed he basically just quit. He could have been up much faster. But everything caught up to him at once and he just fell apart.

He did a very similar thing his last year on 250 SX championship. Basically laid an egg and cost himself the 250x title IIRC.

He had a nuclear type meltdown tonight and laid an egg.

As Ricky said, that red plate carries a lot of weight, makes Dungeys consistency all the more impressive. Looked like Tomac just quit after the first tip over.

Yep that was when he forgot how to go through the whoops. Reminded me of this

I mean seriously? Can everyone understand that he just lost it mentally last night? These crazy comments are getting out of control. He went down and the panic set in. Didn't gel with the track which made it worse.

Tomac has hardly ever been able to handle the extreme pressure of a championship. Historically speaking, he tends to fold or crash. I just wonder what next week will look like when he HAS to win to steal the title away from a guy who has a history of handling the pressure...and winning.

Tomac will probably win cause he has nothing to lose. The difference last night is he had a lot to lose and he couldn't handle the pressure and had an epic meltdown. Dungey will ride a safe solid mistake free race to 3rd and win the championship. Probably will be a boring last race lol

He was off in practice too. He washed out in the first turn in front of us. He just looked bad the whole day.
