I'm not trying to come off as a I know more than you guy but this part I know for a fact, Chad paid 350 k for the policy, and it paid out 3.5 if you win championship.

I'm almost positive it was Chad himself who said it was $3.5 million in an interview, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm pretty sure it was the same interview where he said he's made a ton more money off of investments than he has off of racing.
