Seriously. Back in the day I watched a local pro pass half the people at a practice track with one hand tucked in his pants. He did it to strengthen his leg grip. This was on a 125 with no clutch hand. Also seen a guy legit run A class with no left hand in PA back in the 90's. Some of you may know him.

This guy used to race the local GP's around my area, he had a custom cr250 set up for him. Lost his arm as a younger dude and could rip for having one arm. Climb hills, ruts, roots, it was impressive. KR would make a fool of a lot of people one handed lol
