Second place has been his plan all along...
We saw him at A1...he was FRIGGING FAST! Following rounds he is playing the "sleeper" card

When we get to the final rounds...it will be must wins for Reed
Bubbles cracks under pressure often...
Las Vegas Bubbles will crack and Reed will win the championship straight up...coming from behind

Now why all this drama? Well to get a BONUS from Feld for making the series ENTERTAINing but more importantly

To win the HONDA ride over Stewart
Rumor is Stewart is talking to Honda about 2010 because the YZ is just not cutting it
Reed wants to cha ching from Honda (he will be the only one in the semi next year) but need to show he is far more worthy than Stewart

If the theory is correct...Bubba may just bow out of SX and the sport entirely and go into James Stewart Entertainment mode which is playing Guitar Hero in his living room.

When was the last time Stewart cracked under pressure anyway?
2009 Sx 4 of 5 wins-No
2008 US Open- No
2008 Bercy SX- No
2008 mx season 24 of 24 motos- No
2007 Sx season 13 of 16 wins, never cracked.
2006 Sx season 10 more wins and beat Reed in points. Did'nt crack.

Now that I think of it Reed has never made James crack.
This is called reality. And it's why RC left SX.

This is not a series anymore. This sucks. I am so done with Supercross. Will not listen next week or the week after...never again this season.
