personally, I hate it. Seems almost a carbon copy of last week's trash track. One lined, no options, tons of 90s, and the whoops of late...

Anyway, 54s laps is my prediction and I think we're all bitching about the track (again) on Sunday morning.

That time of the month for Meg? Too many supplements on leg day? Or did somebody tamper with your sprocket bolts, bro? Wink It was simply an observation. Seems to happen a lot lately.

Thoughts?

I see images like this, and I wonder how we ever got here. Why couldn't people simply have learned to wait until spring, then have an 18- to 20-event series of real motocross? Who on earth wants or needs this shit?

Tomorrow the MXGP season will begin. Qatar is an artificial circuit too, but it's in another land (literally and figuratively) from shit like that. All Supercross circuits are Micky Mouse. You get what you signed up for.

I just wanna see a whoop section where guys cant jump through it, hate it when they just jump through it instead of skimming them. Feel like theres a technical aspect to skimming versus just jumping through them.

It all depends on how they break down. It's just as hard to jump through them in 2 jumps as it is to skim them. Some guys are better at one over the other. When Marvin jumps through them for an entire main event there's plenty of guys still skimming them next to the tuffblocks.

Hmm, check your math/geometry.

i wouldn´t expect that for this weekend with that soil, i see one big rut developing all the way across the whoops and Marving jumping in it like 3 times Sad

4 rhythm sections; a kink before the triple (sick scrubs), dragonback to on/off; mostly 180 turns; a looong whoop section....this track is the best design on paper and most tech track so far this season.

But I forgot this is vital, where logic like this applies.
"We want rough tracks. But Minneapolis was too rough."
"We want longer mains. But timed racing is too long."
"We want less 90 turns. But 2 is a ton."
"We want long whoop sections before the finish. But not if rider's jump through them."
"We want more rider's to be able to win. Something must be wrong with Dungey, he is not winning?"
"We want difficult jump combos. And 4 strokes"
"We hate sand sections and walls. But 2015 Monster Cup had that and it was awesome!"

Someone will also make a "statement".

He's just trying to plug a new personal sponsor. No podium interview so he has to wing it.

The rhythm section after the first turn is a definite hazard and I predict problems there for many guys. The wall to sand is good if possible to launch off of, that's always fun to see and sometimes faster. The rest of the track is pretty tight, the whoops look long and gnarly.

Any of your opinions change after watching how the track raced this weekend?

The sand section was actually super intense considering it was just a straight. I'm sure the riders hated it but as a spectator it was one of the coolest parts!
