I was at the last one in Minneapolis when Dungey chased down and passed RV. Place was going absolutely nuts. Will never forget how awesome the energy was in there and because of that no way would I miss this weekend.

Just an FYI... Kawasaki is hosting a Pre-Race Party on Friday evening at Lakes & Legends Brewery Taproom a few blocks from the stadium. Tomac, Grant, Savatgy, and Cianciarulo will be there for an autograph session from 6:00-7:00pm. There will also be a food truck and a band starting at 9:00pm.

This event is open to the public.

After party is at erik the red, I think it's on Chicago across from stadium. Put on by ride MN and red bull.

I'm in section 241! We are row 1 seat 7 & 8!

I really hope the freaking track map is the way I think it is otherwise these tickets will be stinkers haha!

Either the top of the 100 level or the bottom of the 200 level will get you high enough to see across the floor and see everything, but not too far away to make out what is happening. You can go lower during practice to get "close to the action", but for the night show if you sit too low you can't see the whole track and are likely to miss a lot.

I was a little confused when my brother sent me a screenshot of the Ticketmaster page saying that doors open 2 hours prior to start time and the US Bank Stadium website said that gates open at 5:30PM.

However, the stadium updated their website since yesterday. One gate (Legacy Gate) will be open at 12PM for practice and qualifying and all other gates open at 5:30.

Well I was going to go but change of plans. Well above normal temps in Northern Illinois and several local tracks are opening so cannot pass up 2 days of riding in February and than come home and just watch on TV.

I'll be there! It will be my first SX. I'm from Maine but work for 3M and will be there for training. Super excited! Unfortunately my flight doesn't get in early enough to see any of qualifying. Oh well... Is this an open roof stadium? If so I assume the night show will be very cold?

Roof doesn't open, but they have some large doors on the side of the stadium that do. I doubt they plan to open any of that, but we'll see. Make sure you're in you're seat for opening ceremonies.

I'm going! Will be my first year not going to the Indianapolis sx since Lucas Oil stadium opened but that was not a fun drive from Minnesota the last couple of years... (Ice)
