This new timed event will add a lot of laps and around 4 minutes more of racing for the 250's and maybe more for the 450's. Very interested to see who fades after lap 25

Its a tough one, but I lean towards having it. People could choose which they want. May just be less interaction. I would watch it "live" to me though.

I asked this when the thread opened, and have been thinking about it. You have to stay live with the website. If you end up with an 8hr race discussion thread...oh well. Anybody who wants to preserve the live feeling is going to log off at race time, and not come back on until the TV broadcast is over. You won't be able to control the comments anyway, and this site will be loaded with post race topics when the "live" race discussion starts, if you choose to mirror the tv broadcast.

I say do it live. If you go on the internet and complain about a race spoiler, you are a special kind of stupid. You could do a thread for each also. No way you are going to stop the other threads with spoilers so stay off, or come on and find out what happened. Simple.
