I purchased a 10 hour 2015 FC350 for my next single track/harescramble/enduro bike in August. I live in Aspen, Colorado with some of the best single track in the country as my back yard and some great amateur off road racing series so that's the purpose of this build! A little story of my build...
I went through a couple of fork changes in the short months I have owned the bike, started with the RaceTech 4CS fix... Fair but not good
Then I started reading about the Dal Soggio fixes, the Ray kit and the Sphere kit. So my suspension guy Motovate Racing in Rifle, Colorado got a hold of CSR suspension to see if the Ray or Sphere kit would fit my needs. Both kits very much met my needs but the Ray kit is $500 bucks and the Sphere is $1600 bucks! The kits are also from/built in Italy so it's not like they were tested any where close to what/where I ride.. But the Ray kit offered a bottoming system for there 4cs fix and IMO that's what most 4CS fixes were missing, so I bought it. After install I was so so blown away on the consistent, non harshness, and the smoothness through single track rocks and how great it performed on the vet track. I was very stoked and so much happier than the RT 4CS fix I couldn't imagine a better ride out of the 4cs fork. Of course my suspension guy purchased the Sphere kit at the same time I bought my Ray kit so we could compare side by side with his '16 450XCF 4CS forks. One 1 hour ride on the Sphere and I was so so sold... Best fork ride I have experienced! On the technical stuff so much better than a well set up SSS fork IMO! Yes mucho money but cheaper than the TBT SSS conversion by a lot, so much I was able to put the gold valve in the rear shock! Which is very awesome for what I do!
The motor was very strong for what I do already... It has pretty dang good bottom end/mid for a bike that is expected to scream to make power. The FMF TI slip on, change from 14 to 13tooth front CS, Grunt exhaust manifold mod and 2 stroke cage make her do well for me.. The ECU is in the mail to Justin @Toykomods for the reflash and the DCR intake cam is waiting to be installed while it's snowing.

Thank you
Just an FYI I have never ran a stabilizer before so I do not know how great the Scott, Ohlins and etc work compared to this set up.
I had mine revalved for off-road, Racetech goldvalve and my suspension guy knows my skill/likings very well so this was perfect for me. I bought the kit used with a Factory Connections revalve and that was a huge difference from the stock version I have tested but not what I wanted.
Yes very hit or miss on the Internet with reviews but with a revalve it's awesome IMO for what I do. I, like you wanted something out of the way and hidden and this kit does it with great stabilizer results.
Do not buy the 20mm, the 24mm is the only way to go!
Pit Row
Wish I could have swung the money for the CF Acerbis front disk guard but couldn't so went with the regular set up
I went local on the rear disk guard from 7602 racing
Just need to get my new fork stickers, 1 shroud sticker for each side, disk guards installed and I am done
For now... lol
Super stoked!
I purchased another Tusk lithium battery due to the fact that I think they sell a battery with not enough cold cranking amps for the 350, so I purchased the next bigger model with wayyyy more cold cranking amps. The wife got hooked up on her CRF150f with my old lithium battery, she also needs any weight loss possible on her bike so it was a win
I also usually run the Slaven's racing extreme linkage guard but decided to go another direction this time. Bullet Proof Designs linkage guard, its light weight and looks strong as heck. So we will see!
I also went another direction with my ECU reflash, Tokyo mods was great but found a company in Utah called ProvenMoto. They do there work @ over 4K asl so IMO this is better for a high country rider like me.

Got it all installed with just the front axel bolt in and nothing tightened. The front tire would not spin and very bound up. Reinstalled about 10 times with no luck so decided to just take it off.. then it got worse
Couldn't get the Acerbis mounting kit off the front tire, beat on it with a hammer and still nothing..
So I am returning the Acerbis X brake kit to RMATV with my wheel bearing still attached and hopefully a refund/ new front wheel bearings/seal will be in store for me.. fingers crossed
Took a snap of the bike before I uninstalled..
