2004 Honda Cr125 Resto/Build

Here are some progress, and transformation pics of a 2004 Cr125 that a customer brought to us this week. For the most part the bike had been a farm bike, as I would call it (ridden on family property and never seen a track by the previous owner). It was super oily and grimy with dirt stains on everything. The only thing I wish I would have gotten progress pics of was the exhaust refurb/polish job along with the before and after of the powder coated rims, hubs, and engine covers (shout out to Craftmaster Powder Coating in Waco, Tx for the quality work). The owner has the TX Race plastic conversion kit ordered and on it's way, hopefully that doesn't take too long! Because the anticipation for the plastics and 180Decals graphics to show up is driving me and the bike owner nuts lol! I will update you guys with pics when the plastics and graphics arrive! Here is the before pics of the bike.


Frame all cleaned back up.


Kick starter and brake pedal went through some excess flash removal and polished.


Brake caliper/hanger, and shock linkage all detailed back up.


The top engine mounts refurbished. The left is before, the right is after.


The whole engine got detailed and shined back up. There was a lot of oil on the front and bottom of the cases(someone didn't have O-rings on the exhaust flange) It took me almost 5 hours total to do this part.
