Was Tomac wearing shoulder pads when he hit the deck at Colorado last year.

What? Roost deflectors for his shoulders where suppose to stop a double shoulder separation. Do you even ride a motorbike

Wow..Riders these days are obnoxious.
And yes I ride, probably longer than you have been alive.

Back in the day Hannah distributed a piece of equipment called "Flak Jak"
JT racing produced a piece that protected full shoulders, chest, and back.
Amazing when personally tested. Flying through the air thought was "this is goin to hurt"
Hit the ground, bounce around, get up. no pain.

Hockey players wear more protection than most mx riders.
Maybe use a helmet next time you ride.

It's all good Vango. You can't ask a basic, inquisitive question with out a whole crew of ass clowns tearing you apart around here. I think Eli sticks to just the chest protector. Perhaps shoulder pads would have limited the movement of his shoulder during the wreck but it was pretty brutal and akward. So who knows. On top of that, wearing those pads are awfully uncomfortable.

Thnx Jmic

Back in the stone age we thought full face helmets were "awkward".
So just wore one around the house for the weekend, problem solved. lol. lighten up
Recent discussions of neck support brought this on.

Past my bed time. Nurse Cratcett is coming!
Cheers

I think the backlash is coming from the chest protector topic that is one of the "golden three", "Bermuda triangle" (chest pros, arai vs Shoei vs 6D etc., and neck braces), dead horse topics which have been cussed and discussed ad nauseam. The same pattern always happens of one side versus the other without consensus and never really arriving at any kind of answer.

Ratched or Ratchet? Since you obviously know his nurse personally, the least you could do is spell her name consistently. Hitting the bottle tonight, are we? Whistling
