Just watch radar loop and they got dumped on twice in the last few hours with more coming.

Looks like the front is laid right over the track.

I would love this.

Waverley is about 10 minutes north of the track.
Tomorrow is my wife and I's 25th anniversary, I talked her into coming to watch some friends race for a couple days before we head on to a.few.other places. She is not liking this ar all with the rain. Not sure I want to pay $40 today and another $40 tomorrow to stand in the rain.

$40/day to spectate at an amateur race? I realize it's the biggest Am race, but dang

I believe it is $40 per Car, regardless of number of occupants.

Weather is such a fickle bitch. Ever need it to rain? Just plan something outside.

I was wrong about the aluminum frame 150, it's a steel frame. Bike still looks awesome!

Some of the worst lightning I have ever seen yesterday about 5 o'clock. Struck several times in the campground. Lots of rain and then it rained again about five this morning, but now it's pouring again with lightning. On a delay. These guys are the best in the business of getting a truck ready to race after rain, but I think this may be a big-time mudder. We have one more cell like red and yellow coming over here in a few minutes Lightning is extremely intense huge thunderbolts

Is there still a claiming rule at Lorretta's? I wouldn't imagine Honda letting him ride that one off bike with that much R and D in a race with a claiming rule. Did they make him a "copy" of that bike or did they get all the info they needed so it doesn't matter if they lose it?

Hopefully this delay means we will get to see the 25+ moto on the live stream instead of just following the timing and scoring.

I spoke to Kibby at FC about this possibly happening, they're more than prepared. He said his goal was to have enough parts to build like six or seven of those bikes before LL, in-case something happens. They're also not trying to ruin the one 85 based class they race, so that's why that bike isn't as trick, it's an older spec per se. While in the supermini category, they went all out with the bike.

Few reasons why I think that bike won't be claimed:

1. The manufactures have a gentleman's agreement to not claim each other's bikes. So the claim wouldn't come from anyone at Team Green, Horton/Rock River, TLD/Orange Brigade KTM, Suzuki am, etc...

2. If someone away from this group tries to claim one, they'll pretty much ruin their kids chances at ever getting any support from FC or Honda, ever. Along with the other manufactures not being too impressed...

3. Claiming that bike is pointless, as you'll never have the parts to keep it running.

4. If you really, really want one of those bikes... Kibby said they were considering selling the parts to build them to help expand Honda's presence in those classes.

So we have a rule to keep spending in check but if someone follows thru with the process they will be black balled forever! Cool.

That makes sense, seems fair that way except if you don't have any friends!

That makes sense. I wouldn't expect anyone to actually claim it, but I figured they would error on the side of caution. Regardless I love that manufactures are starting to make more of a presence in the mini class. There is nothing better than seeing a screaming supermini on the track. Thanks for the info.
