I just finished up my budget rebuild of this 2003 KX125 I picked up for $900 on Craigslist over the winter. It was pretty rough and hadnt been touched much by the original owner. Took it down to the frame and powder coated that and added a ton of new parts and went over every nut and bolt to refresh the whole bike. Certainly with any project there could have been tons more done but I wanted to keep it within reason and probably have under $2k invested total.

Mike....it was good, Sexton does a good job on the track, which was super fun and not crazy gnarly.... I went 4-1 on the day....for a 2 O/A.... Steve Machado went 2-2 for a 1st O/A on his 2000 CR250! Smokers up front!

Seems like all the Kids can do 180 whips and barell roll flips these days as if it's required before hitting the B Class.

Progression is crazy.

For instance I began training in Brazilian jiu jitsu rather late in life I like to say in Keanu in point break when buying the surf board, but everyone Even the current black belt didn't begin till their late teens up to thirties. Yet there are kids shad ads 11 years old now getting their black belts. Instead of a black eye and hurt band from throwing ray Leonard hooks of furry and hitting nothing but air. they will now get their elbows popped and air supply to brain shut off.
