I think the scar tissue on my brain is having an effect on my comprehension. So would someone help me out and tell me what a "complete noob thread" is? If I plan on hangin' out here, I gotta talk the talk I suppose. Thanks!

Well, you had enough sense to post that in this section. That would have gotten you killed in non-moto.

"sound wisdom, pilgrim" -

and yeah, in particular Tongue starting a 4-stroke vs 2-stroke thread, especially as a "newbie", would be like chumming for sharks while going for a swim. Some people get off on that, but otherwise keep low profile for a while...

I am a noob on this forum but have been a fan of the sport since 96. I don't get a kick out of the fighting and name calling but I do enjoy reading and learning about our sports past. I might not post very much but I do enjoy reading all the insights in here.

Now that isn't entirely true. You seem to be enjoying fighting with Dave over the tuff-blocks.Wink

Nothing wrong with being a noob, its just like when you start racing. Plan on learning a lot and taking some hits.
Even though I was real slow when I started racing it was still a blast.

You start out life wearing diapers and usually end up later in life wearing diapers, just try to have fun in between.
