The same reason Dungey does.

You know, if people made changes for the same reason Ryan did it would probably make a lot of sense.

Principles and standing behind your word. Two things Dungey learned growing up, and will live by moving forward. I agree, if your sponsor doesn't stand by their contract Reed should change.

I would terminate it based on the god aweful designs they are making him wear.
