You were looking for "breathe".

Does that work for ALL your personalities, or just "Titan?"
Well, since most of my personalities don't ride, it only works for some of them.

I have a watch on my cross bar pad and try to make myself do a 30 minute moto every time I ride. I have to slow down the pace(read really slow), but that forced me to focus on breathing, not holding on to tight and using my legs, so I did not get tired as fast when I did sprint.

This is good stuff everyone!

I played Basketball all thru high school and was in great cardio shape, I was fast, and I could play ball all day long. I was definitely in good shape. I quit to start racing and I couldn't do more than 1 to 2 laps. Riding tight and not giving the proper muscles the rest and exercise they needed was killing me. I still have endurance issues on a bike but I'm slowly improving. Relaxing is a huge part of that without a doubt.

I second the recommendation to check out www.racerxvt.com, lot's of great moto specific advice on there from the top trainers in the biz.

If I had to pick one "machine" to work with it would definitely be the Concept 2 Indoor Rower. That thing is just medieval but it get's the job done better than any other single piece of equipment I've used.

What are some great workouts. For arm pump and just plain being in good motoshape.
Marijuana will actually make you lazier in the long run.
