Good to see the factory Yamaha and Honda boys having a great battle, is Tim's bike a full on/100% HRC factory bike?

Tony had a tank slap moment and slowed, could have pulled something and just rode to pick up points, he's a sly fox that has won a few World Championships

Thats true and he has won a lot but he isnt doing himself any favors getting in a big points hole this early in the season. I know its a very long season but today alone he lost 20 points on the 2 fastest riders in the class.

A DNf or nagging injury impacts points quickly, long season but looks to be a exciting one

How is it possible that Anstie has yet to score points in 2 motos instead of 1? Last year he had a lot of bike problems as well. Everyone used to blame the DRT kawi but it's starting to look like that it was not the kawi's fault.

It is getting a bit tedious now. He didn't have much luck with breakdowns on cosworth Yamaha, last year he had a fair few aswel, and obviously this year. I feel for the kid, he has the speed, and a factory ride now but he has lost some serious ground already in the title chase. Not good.

Well his hopes for a top 3 championship finish without injuries to the top riders are gone. Assuming the top riders don't get injured then the best he can end up in is 5th overall imo.
Seewer and Jonass have finished outside of the top 5 twice in 20 manches. Tonkov has finished in the top 5 7 out of 10 manches. Anstie is down 80 points on Tonkov, i think it will be hard to catch up on that.

Petrov is in 5th and is up 50 points, but he typically finishes in 6th to 10th spot. Anstie has shown the speed for podium finishes, so as long as he doesnt have more dnf's i see him capable of catching up to Petrov.

I can see why Herlings doesn't move up. His lap times are quite a bit off of Gajser and Febrve. I think Herlings would be battling for 5-10th at best on
most tracks.
