When I was in dental school we had a professor in pathology/oral diagnosis who was friggin hilarious. One of the slides he showed in his lectures was a large ulcer on the palate of a hygienist (taken in the clinic at school) which was commonly the result of a "certain oral activity." His term for the lesion was a "suckuloma." Dude was crazy - he'd be showing slides during lecture and randomly pop up a slide of a 12 inch dick tied in a knot and crazy shit like that. We had one ultra-feminist bitch in our class who was constantly bitching about him in the student affairs office. This was back in the early 90's - today he'd be fired in a second for sexual harrassment or some crap like that, but he got away with plenty stuff back then. He was a classic Mississippi redneck, but a genius and one of the top oral pathologists in the country, so he got away with a lot.
