The opening scene of "Gran Prix" Nothing sounded as good as the cars of that era.

The scene in The Best Years of our Lives When Dana Andrews climbs into the old B-17 and has a flash back.

The scene in Saving Private Ryan when the tanks are approaching and the vibration make the little avalanche's on the dirt piles where the guys are taking cover. I almost jumped up and ran out of the theater.

FMJ is one of my favorite movies of all time.

How tall are you private?
5 foot 9 sir.
Five foot nine? I didnt know they could stack shit that high!

Did your parents have any children that lived?
Sir yes Sir.
I bet they regret that. You are so ugly you could be a modern art masterpiece.

So many great lines.

I watched 'The Unforgiven' last night and man, that movie is great.
The scene in the saloon when William Munny walks in as Little Bill is telling the posse about the next day's ride is great.

"You. Fat man. Speak."

"You sir are a cowardly son of a bitch, you just shot an unarmed man!"
"Well he should've armed himself, if he is gonna decorate his saloon with my friend."

"You be William Muny out of Kansas who killed women and children?"
"Yeah, I've killed women and children. I've killed everything that walks or crawls at one time or another. And now I'm here to kill you Little Bill for what you done to Ned."

"All right now, I'm comin' out. Any man I see out there, I'm gonna shoot him. Any sumbitch takes a shot at me, I'm not only gonna kill him, but I'm gonna kill his wife. All his friends. Burn his damn house down."

Oh man, forgot about Heat....lots of cool firearms used in that movie. I love the Colt Commandos De Niro and Kilmer used in the big shootout scene.

There were a lot of good scenes in Red Dawn also.

They shot some of that right across the street. That grocery store was set up in a vacant lot (now luxury lofts). Lots cool guns, Tom Sizemore running around with that Galil and DeNiro with the colt. Then a few months later to have it play out for real in North Holloywood.

One of mine is the scene in "Training Day" when they have Ethan Hawke in the bath tub getting ready to do 'em.
