Hamblin is back in California according to his post in the Langston thread.

I have a funny feeling that Hamblin is riding for Morgan Racing in Canada this summer. I'm probably way off, but I have this feeling.

[quote="Trinitite":t95cbkny]Hamblin is probably shacked up with some Ukrainian hooker in Prague at this point.

They should give the bike to Jeff. Duh. Isn't he riding his own off the rack Honda right now?[/quote:t95cbkny]

I would have said Jeff too, but i think he is getting support from someone already or atleast working in that direction, before the season started they were saying he wanted to be on a Honda no matter what and that they were in talks with several teams. I have not seen any announcements as to who he is riding for exactly but i'm sure he wont be on his own much longer. Let's remember Mike will probably only be out for 6 weeks or so, i'm not so sure Jeff would want to switch up his program at this time for something that would only be temporary.

I think he's doing some riding in FL right now. I heard he went to Quicktrack last week.

It's simple- make the rest of the tracks pre-retro (like early 80's) and give the stinkin bike to Bob Hannah Hannah Bob.

I Love all this talk about who is filling in for who and what not but to be honest I would rather see the right rider riding there own bike, with that being said also I would love to be out there again and it sucks that it may have to come at someone elses injury to have it happen but with the sport growing and also the "Outside" sponsors coming in these bikes NEED to be on the track for the Team to continue with the $$$ obligations that were set before the season started. This is where our sport may grow because like it or hate it we are going after Nascar and when a driver is hurt they fill the Car with another driver. BTW I am home in Cali with my Wife and not some Ukranian Gymnast!! Keep up the better bench racing without insults and useless nonsense!!

Thanks Stefan I will tell Robyn how highly you think of her. BTW what are the chances of you scanning the MOTO interview and emailing it to me? To all you moto junkies I want to know what you guys honestly think of the "Replacing" of riders. Good, Bad or in between?

I think it is a good thing. The riders that have there rides definatly deserve them. If they are injured why not help out the ones that are giving it there all to live the dream and still have your bike on the track...That would go a long ways with the locals that see there privateer on the track and still keep the factory bike rolling. The money is already spent getting the rig to the track. trow the bike in and live the dream.
