Aldon and his riders have created a good program that has improved over the past few years. O'Mara and RC made Aldon. O'Mara connected Aldon with RC. RC was a champion his entire career prior to O'Mara and Aldon. Aldon should thank O'Mara and RC for Aldon's success. Monkey see monkey do is what has transpired since RC. And it's elevated Aldon into what he is today. It's all about structure, give any racer a structured training and riding plan and they will see huge gains. Not many riders nor trainers have the structure that Aldon's program follows. It's not rocket science. Many pro riders do not train correctly and many of them suffer even more because they are head cases. One well known 250 racer pukes before every main event. One well known 450 racer only thinks he will do good when the whoops are big and there is a long rhythm section, if not his mind is blown and he doesn't do good. Several factors play into a racers success or non success.

I believe the major difference is purely confidence. Whether that's his bike, team, certain competition no longer being there or all the above its allowed him to become comfortable on track and for the first time since 2010-11 I think he finally believes there's no one better

The facility he has is amazing and getting better by the week. He will have 3 supercross tracks and 2 outdoor tracks that rival actual race facility tracks. Lots of different types of soil. Plus year around weather and water supply. Hard to beat what Aldon has built down there.

This has to be the only sport where the trainer makes more than the athletes.

Where is andersons compound? Cianaciarulos? Roczens? Dungeys?

And when its done the racers will need jobs and Baker will own it all.
They will be working for him.

Even if you combine what RD, MM, and JA pay him its not what one of those guys makes.

I think the biggest thing with Aldon most people don't see is he starts working with people after they are champions, Ricky, James, Ryan V, Ryan D, Anderson, Musquin, Roczen, all were champions before working with Aldon. I think there is value to what he offers but he mostly refines proven athletes.
