Since they will be without Clement Desalle and Jordi Tixier for the start of the season....
With the sandy track of Qatar coming up Feb 27th, their best bet for a fill in rider is....
Matt Goerke who loves the sand, the 2015 Canadian RockStar Energy Drink MX Nationals.
Also won it in 2012 on a Kawasaki, raced last year for Babbitts Kawasaki arenacross team.

Josh Hill has been going big about 372 times every week during the SX coverage on a Kawi. Just saying.

yea, one would think the track would be sandy, down there in the desert.... but from watching the race there in the past, seems they did find an area where it is not so sandy.

Isn't Xavier Boog the go-to-guy when it comes to the French based teams that need a rider?

I'd be happy to fill in, but my 2000 kx250 needs a kickstart boss and fork seals.

I bet that bike will be just fine. I'm not always on the same page with Steve his thinking and doing. But he can build bikes and find horsepower like nobody does. Ok that makes his 250f bikes sometimes a bit unreliable but that also makes that his bikes are without a doubt the fastest on the track. Two years back they asked Herlings: "What bike do you think is the fastest out there", he Answered Max his Yamaha is without any doubt the fastest bike on track.

Last year in 2015 the 250f Kawasaki was way faster then the Factory Kawa from the CLS team, and both are now working together. So I suspect that they are building a bike with crazy HP and that is reliable! I'm very curious to see Brylyakov, Petrov, Ferrandis, Lawrence and others ride on such bike!

The 450f bike will be great I think, because Steve and his partners don't need to look for HP as much as they need to do that in the MX2 class. They only need to find a setting that feels comfy for Searle. To be honest I think that Brylyakov and Searle will be one of the positive surprises this season.

My guess is that they don't bring any replacements in and they start their season at Valkenswaard
