I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this helmet. I want to buy it for a family member this Christmas but don't have any idea on how to find it anywhere. It is from a very long time ago, so I know there may not be a very good chance that it is still out there. Any help would be appreciated.

Why would you buy a KBC built helmet for someone you love?

Lol no shit...the 'tip up' on the chin bar looks like an early shoei...paint scheme reminds me of Bradshaw...but it could be anything...so I helped you just as much as any 87 mongrol you've met. Sorry, cool lid, I'd wear it..nest of luck.

The idea of buying a helmet that is over 5 years old is crazy. Read up before you do this. Materials that helmets are made of break down over time. It' s not so much the shells, but the foams on the inside. All helmet brands have a shelf life, and dispose of new helmets when they reach that time, so finding that particular helmet won't happen. You could get a new helmet and have it painted, or better yet, wrapped, to match that one.

Please do not wear a helmet that old! It might have been a good helmet for 5 years... Imagine a foam cooler in your garage for 15 years, it will become brittle and weak. If price is a concern, get a NEW Fly Kinetic for $109 or if safety is your only concern get a Fly F2 MIPS, 6D, Bell Flex... Etc. Ride safe.

That design looks well over 10 years old. Even if it was safe to wear your chance of even finding one is next to impossible.

Thanks for the concern everyone, but I'm smart enough to not wear that old of a helmet. We all have new ones along with all our other gear. Buying this is just a gift for someone who loved it and wants it back. Thanks again.

Won't most helmet companies redo the foam for you if you send it to them? I think they will resize it also
