Can anyone tell me are they really that nick picky about what type of kill switch you have on a PW 50. Right now my son bike is setup to be premix and what I gather in order for him to race I have to change back to oil injected. Thanks for the help.

what i'm interested in.... is why no races on March 26/27.... all the other weekends in the calendar have 3,4,5 or even six qualifiers on a weekend, except March 26/27 which has none...

The kill switch has to be OEM and functional. They are very nit picky about it.

Oil injection has to work, you may get by at the area, I wouldn't risk it at the regional.

There is a limited and unlimited class. Limited means the bike has to be all stock with some insignificant exceptions. You may be able to run it like that in the unlimited class. In unlimited you can make significant modifications to the bike.

Sucks to live in MS this year.... Home track (sorta) at Veterans, and one 3 hours away at the Parkers place, which is amazing. And a regional in Colorado?!!! 3 hr drives for qualies, 20 hr drive for regional... Total suckage

There are no unlimited classes for 50s at LLs. They are all limited.

I'm going to sit this one out too. My fiance wants to try in the women's class and our regionals would be back to back weekends and ones 8 hours away and the other is 5 hours away. $$$

That is so cool of you to let your girl go for it instead of you! I am not sure too many guys would do that! (except my hubby probably would! )

We feel the same at the track, sure it will hurt our amateur turn out. We are still thankful for the qualifier two years in a row.
