Well my PC pipe on my CR is bent beyond all means from various obstacles and crashes. The exhaust now leaks from the pipe where it connects to the exhaust flange, the kickstarter rubs against it, and its almost touching the frame where it connects to the silencer. If you look at the pic, you can tell the bottom isnt parallel with the ground anymore. The right side has been pushed up so far that the front fender now hits it. The only solution I can think of involves a vice grip, ratchet straps, and tire irons.

Have any of you ever repaired a bent pipe before? Just looking to see if theres any methods that I havent though of yet.

And ignore how crappy it looks in the pic, this was after a wet sandy ride. I always get it spotless before the next ride.

pacific crest can get it damn close to new, but your best option is to stop bashing into shit and keep an extra pipe on hand! or get a pipe cage made.

Done it a few times by using a piece of pipe that fits the inlet. The tough part is holding the rest of the pipe without mashing it worse. Usually use the lower jaws of a big vice with padding. Tough to get perfect but usually can get pretty close.......
