IMPULSE DESIGN ? Anyone know whats up?

Sounds like the graphics industry is flooded... but not with reliable companies. I think it's because these companies start with 1 person (sometimes 2 but never a lot of people) and as soon as they start getting any sort of traffic they don't have the drive or ability to keep up with it. I make my own graphics but I knew if I started doing it as a job I would get burnt out fast. I feel like a lot of these companies find that out pretty fast.

The owners of these companies are also almost always riders themselves. So you have someone that likes adrenaline and being active switching to being behind a computer screen all day to try and keep up with orders.

Decal Works saved our ass last minute several years ago by sending graphics to our hotel for the Indy trade show. We had placed an order with PG and had been waiting 3 months. Called PG a week before the show and asked where our order was and PG told us to get put on the top of the list it would cost an extre $100 .... and we had placed the order 3 months earlier.

Just had to go local this week with APE Designs when STUCK MX well ... Stuck us and stoped responding to text and phone calls

The guy comes on here running his mouth about how great he is and how he sold the business buts still does work for them and this and that but the OP is still out his $ and his stickers.

Lump----Just a question ,if the boys from DecalWorks saved your ass a few years ago,why would you continue to use less reliable sources like APE and STUCK ? Sounds like Decal Works went way above and beyond for you (and they have for me in the past,too). Honestly ,this isn't a ball-busting question,just really curious .

When these guys start ignoring their customers its time to bitch slap them.

We met Impulse and put hoses on their display bike at the Mini O's. In exchange for the hoses we were to get 10 2 foot wide logo large trailer decals made. I chased them for 6 months being ignored like so many others have posted.... till I bitch slapped them on facebook. Funny the phone worked then and they finally delivered but it still took 2 times to deliver what they had agreed to!

I worked with PG for years. Used to drive up and sit down with the owner and design and print supermoto graphics while I waited. Great experience! It was a good relationship till he sold the company. Then customer service went to shit with the final straw being them telling me if I paid them more they would do the job I had been waiting 3 months for. I went on TT to vent without saying who it was and the owner of Decal Works called to ask if it was them that had dropped the ball. I explained what and who and they picked up the ball. They were to be delivered the morning I was leaving for Indy but the UPS plane had been grounded with an ice storm in Kentucky. I called and they turned the delivery around and had then sent to my hotel.

I met Britt the owner of StuckMX at Lorettas 2 1/2years ago. He made our new EZUP. You meet new people in the industry that want to work with you. He wanted to barter products for the tent. Tent was sent and looks awesome! Sent him product and there is/was to be more bartering. Everything was good till he stopped answering phone calls, email and texts. Left me hanging a week before the biggest industry event of the year.

APE is local and does a lot of our graphics and shirts. We also sponsor the owners son who won us a GNCC title this year and we will have his bike in our AIMExpo booth next week.

First time I ordered from impulse it took like a month to get. Kinda pissed me off bc factory backing would usually get my stuff to me in 3 days. But I said whatever there a small company and waited. But then my friend ordered from impulse. Took 4 months. They got lost 3 times ( which is bullshit and a lie) and then when he finally got them they weren't even the right year graphics so he had to wait again to get the correct stuff. They have great looking graphics but I will never buy again. But I will tell people to avoid them. Seems like they only hook up there good friends with graphics and not the customers.
