PRO CIRCUIT AGREES TO A 3-YEAR MAJOR SPONSORSHIP DEAL WITH TERMINAL VELOCITY PROCESSING BEGINNING IN 2009

Corona, California (December 8, 2008) – Mitch Payton, CEO of Pro Circuit Racing, which has been building after-market performance motorcycle parts since 1978, announced today they have signed a 3-year sponsorship agreement with Terminal Velocity Processing; an innovative payment service provider headquartered in Agoura Hills, California. Under the terms of the deal, Terminal Velocity will provide sponsorship dollars to support the Pro Circuit Racing Team and also process Pro Circuit’s credit card transactions.

Mitch Payton states that – “our newly formed alliance with Terminal Velocity Processing has afforded Pro Circuit with much more than a 3-year sponsorship. What’s so exciting and unique about the alliance is that Terminal Velocity not only saved us considerable dollars on our processing, but they are also allocating 100% of their net profits made on our account to fund the Pro Circuit sponsorship agreement. Basically, they are redirecting monies, which we already pay from our credit card processing, back into the industry itself as part of their give-back branding initiatives. The end result is that it provides a continuous flow of funds well beyond the 3-year term, and mitigates our long-term risk for seeking funds from companies outside of the motocross industry. It just doesn’t get any better than that.”

Jim Wilson, CEO of Terminal Velocity Processing and an avid Motocross enthusiast and racer expressed enormous enthusiasm about its new Pro Circuit deal stating that – “Pro Circuit is a marketing dream for Terminal Velocity. They are legendary in the sport, have a passion for being the best, and a zest for winning; all of which represent the core fundamentals we subscribe to within our business model. It is not only a privilege and honor to provide sponsorship dollars to Pro Circuit, but also to get behind the entire motocross industry with our funding give-back initiatives.” This program can benefit everyone involved in this industry.

Joe Parsons, Marketing Director for Terminal Velocity who was instrumental in bringing this program together. “This alliance represents a perfect fit for both organizations. Pro Circuit is the A-Team in motocross racing and this cache provides Terminal Velocity an immediate spotlight as a major sponsor and contributor in this area. We couldn’t be more pleased!”

After making his mark on the amateur motocross scene as a member of Kawasaki Team Green™, Austin Stroupe picks up where he left off. He racked up over 30 amateur national titles en route to becoming the newest face on the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team in 2008 and will be expected to reside on the podium in 2009.

Ryan Morias hits the roster after a very strong run at the Lites Supercross title in 2008. Ryan was plagued with some serious health issues during the outdoor season but is back strong and ready to lead the charge for another Supercross Lites title for Payton and the gang.

In 2006 French star Christophe Pourcel won the FIM MX2 Motocross World Championship, becoming the eighth Frenchman to win a Motocross World Championship and the third youngest rider ever to win one. After competing in the MX2 class in 2007, Pourcel moved to the MX1 world championship in 2008. Pourcel is a veteran competitor and will make a strong bid for the team in 2009.

Finally, rounding out the 2009 cast of PC stars is California resident Jake Weimer. After turning pro in 2006, Weimer continues to impress and expectations are high that Jake will have a “break-out year” in 2009. Early testing sessions are impressive on the new KX250F and the team is expecting some great results from the young Weimer.

The sponsorship is based on a b2b deal. Common in the auto-racing world. TVR wanted PC business. TVR was able to save PC $ in processing fee's by us their TVR processing services and too give back to PC by using them, they will get a % of the processing fee's.

So, how does PC get sponsored? By switching to TVR's CC processing services, every CC transaction PC does, a % of the transaction fee will go to PC in sponsorship $... it will be a revenue stream. In simple terms...A couple of hundred dollars a day, x7 days a week, x4 weeks a month....turn's into real sponsorship dollars.

Let's say PC get does 5k a month in CC transactions with TVR ... 5k x 12 (months) = $60,000 a year. And in this day... With all the CC transactions PC does every day, the dollars all adds up to a racing budget. Payton is a racer by heart. And he can't always think Monster and Kawasaki will be their for him. Those two companies are feeling the economy go down too.

Don't be surprised that other teams will use TVR services. Maybe TLD could be a another. They use a lot of CC transactions too and TLD could also use the extra cash flow for their racing programs.

No worries... Can't sleep, was on a ramble.

I deal with this type of things everyday in the auto racing world where my business is (Grand- Am, NASCAR, IRL, ALMS). I met the CEO of TVR about 3 months ago. They approached me about this program and wanted my thoughts. It's a solid program what I can see. The potential could be big for the MC industry and TVR.

Enjoy the weekend. And I agree, having outside support is a good thing.

$60,000 a year is a major sponsorship deal? Hell it takes more than that just to put 1 home schooled brat on a Cobra for a year.

I was just using those #'s as an example. I'm sorry if I misquoted anything.

Sponsorship $ values are usually vary from team to team, and only PC and TVP actually know those $ values they agreed upon. Since PC is a front running team and well established, Payton can request a higher $ value to potential partners. Mitch is a smart guy and he won't make a decision like this unless it has a $ value that meets his requirements.

A front running team like PC runs on a total budget well over $2m a year. That is a TOTAL budget.... bikes and parts, day to day operations, testing, r&d development, worker compensation, travel, transportation costs, etc... are all wrapped up in these #'s typically.

Sounds like a great deal for PC. Good on them for attracting outside the sport sponsorship and kudos to TVP for stepping up.

Spam like this is welcome any time by me ... it is new dollars coming back into the sport in a year when sponsorship dollars are scarce. Why would anyone be bagging on this guy? We should be rolling out a carpet to him and thanking him.

I'm sure we will get our fare share of "bagging" from the peanut gallery.

Terminal Velocity Motocross (“TVMX”) is a “give-back” program designed to sponsor and fund motocross racing riders/teams/series; while benefiting the related motocross merchant community.

Put simply – TVP has committed to donate 100% of its net margin derived from transactional fee income we receive from motocross merchants processing with TVP.

Thanks for supporting TVP as we are going to support your sport.
