Not a good look Mr. Mayor. Impound the bike immediately...at minimum.

It's a sticky situation. If you go after them with malicious intent and one of them gets hurt, you'll have a lawyer waiting, with baited breath, to sue the city. Then the biker, and the law firm, actually profit from the situation...and the people of Cleveland foot the bill.

I hate to see them terrorizing the streets like that. If they rode through the proper channels I have no doubt that you'd find real talent among them. No doubt at all. Until that happens, the mayor might need to make an example out of his grandson...before he kills himself or someone else.

We have exactly same problem in France, in some bad areas, peoples with stolen bikes, no helmet.
And police can not do nothing otherwise troubles will appear in the city like in the past, cars in fire, fight with police for 2 days or more...
It's a pity....

These guys are going to start running out of names for their little clubs. "Wheelie Boys", "Wheelie Kings", what is next? Are they going to have different chapters for different cities? The chapters could have chapter meetings in centralized locations. The only problem would be, getting there. Grinning

Similar "people" did the same in Warren, Ohio about 2-3 weeks ago. Cops broke it up, arrested several people, recovered some stolen bikes and ATV's. Some police departments are willing to do their jobs.

As pissed as I get knowing most of the bikes are stolen, I STILL cant believe the skill and balance those guys have. Can you imagine how good some of those guys could be on an mx track if they took it seriously? I still would rather see Graham Jarvis doing slow wheelies though.

it's a tough scene to get a handle on for cops.

last time i saw one pull a pit maneuver on in nyc resulted in 1 death (light pole) and 1 paralyzed w/ brain damage. sounds like approx a 5 million dollar payout to two families on the taxpayer's bill.

--it's not like these gentlemen just pull over and produce their license and registration when the cherries come on.

But anyway this investigative journalist is really hitting the city of Cleveland hard. And he's got more on the way. If you guys got problems in your cities why don't you email your news outlets with these Carl Monday videos. And see if they jump on he bandwagon for ratings.




There's not much skill involved on paved streets with a featherlight dirtbike and bald tires. Give it two weeks and any decent C rider could recreate all their BS wheelies. Too bad we don't have two weeks of time to do that. You guys provide right ? I mean work atleast 40+ wk?
