Hey Christian, thanks for taking some time out of your life to do this! After living in MN for the past couple years, what are your thoughts on the D23 scene and some of the fast riders coming from there, how the MN people treated you (MN nice?), and what you like/dislike about CA/MN, MX wise?

I grew up there then moved to CA in the 90s, have raced and ridden in both places, so the opposite transition you did, really, on a much different level.

The district 23 races were awesome and were what allowed me to still get some racing in during my time off. The people and racers are awesome in Minnesota. That is one thing I'll miss when going back to Cali. People are a lot more genuine and nice in MN.

There wasn't a final straw really but rather the realization that I knew I could run out front with those guys. I don't regret leaving the sport at all because I know I wouldn't be where I am today without doing that. I was a project manager at Norton Homes so I looked over all the new construction projects. I actually learned a lot and am really thankful for all they did for me and allowing me to ride and race when I could.

That's not fair hahaha I would 100% say the bike I'm on. Not just because I'm on this team but seriously the bike is like nothing else I've ridden.

I think he had already stopped riding by the time I was starting to get faster so there was so specific day unfortunately cause I would have loved to see that too haha

Thanks for doing this Christian, it's cool to hear some of your stories and experiences! I'm sure many other people were just as shocked as I was to see your comeback unfold the way it has. Props to you for doing so well so quickly! Can't wait to see what you have in store for us in the upcoming season!

Sometimes riders perform better when they are no longer in a situation where there's so much pressure to win. Do you think it helped you coming in without huge expectations, to ride more relaxed and now that you did so well, will this put the pressure back on you next year?

If so, can you keep it real and not put too much pressure on yourself?

I just flew to California today to start testing for Monster cup! So no MXoN for me.

Can I say neither? Haha since I've gotten older (I know, not that old) I hate heights now haha

I did put some pressure on myself this year because I was going into it knowing what I had wanted to get out of it, what was a ride. But I handled it pretty well and was able to keep kinda calm. I've definitely learned how to deal with pressure since I quit for two years. Now really looking forward to 2016!

Hey Christian, as everyone else has said, thanks for doing this. My question to you deals with injuries.

I've been racing for 20 years now and been through multiple (clavicles and legs) injuries. My latest one where I broke my right heel, ankle and tibia. Its been 17 weeks and I'm still on crutches. Not sure I will want to race when/if im all healed up. When Jagger is of age, will you allow him to ride after all your injuries?

My dad (im only 27) is pretty upset that he got me into riding especially after this injury. This can be a brutal sport that gives and takes so much. Why is it so addicting?!

Hey Christian, how much did you enjoy riding the 2 stroke? We all have seen some footage of it and it seems like you were having a good time on it.

I'm not sure if you are allowed to answer this question properly, but what is the biggest difference between the TLD and Geico bikes? Since they were both on Hondas when you rode for them.

And fort the last question, if you got the offer to race whatever you want, 125, 250, 250f, 450, 500. MXGP, AMA, locally? What would you choose and why?

With all the pre existing conditions and the fact you're racing in a pro series, how is medical & disability insurance handled? I don't mean this to be a personal question about you specifically but in general for most riders.

1. Troy Lee Lucas Oil Honda had/ has a big part in Your career, was there any conflict between You and them that lead You to retirement or that decision was fully based on Your health?

Christian, thanks for doing this.

How hard on you was your Dad? Do you think it made you better or worse? Was it "you aren't good enough" or "you can do better" that got you going?

I know you have shied away from many of your Dad topics and that he's had his troubles but tell us what you think he did right for you.

My son has trained with Mike for about a year, he thinks he's funny and he's really learned a lot. I look past his short comings and appreciate the help he's given us. Ask him about Jack!
