As I said already, Fasthouse did NOT drop Sean Collier. Sean Collier has made the decision to leave a few sponsors all on his own. His reason for leaving those sponsors is his business and nobody else's. So please, stop speculating on what happened, because this is the TRUTH. The truth isn't coming from a troll that has been following this story for a week.

Holy cow, just read through all 9 pages and there is a lot going on here...

First off, I have been fan of Seans for many years, saw him race several years ago and really dug his style and when he kinda re-invented himself with racing the 500 I thought it was bad ass. Its sad to see his story take this turn though, and unless he comes "clean" I can see his "image" or a "fan favorite" status taking a bit of a hit.

I only say that because when you have 2 industry GIANTS step up, FMF and DC, and say that they had no knowledge of any of this doesn't paint Sean and the film maker dude in a good light. Especially since they aren't doing anything do defend themselves. By coming on Instagram and saying "What went on with sponsers is private" is a cop-out when your sponsers have come out and straight up denied the claims and still speak positive of Sean.

I know people on here will say "Sean doesn't owe us anything" but in all honesty they (Sean and the film dude) started this, made accusations (Sponsor list getting shorter based off a video) and then never backed any of it up when said sponsors came forward.

Personally, while I don't agree at all with the way they are responding to the shit storm they have created I do however look forward to another helmet cam video of Sean ripping that mean ol' kx500.

Sean has apparently moved on. One sponsor replace another. I'm not sure how that qualifies at "blacklisting."

This sport is life or death, its is very costly on multiple levels with very little upside for everyone outside the top 20 or many times top 10, it needs CHANGE. The status quo interview is weak sauce and nauseating to say the very least and thank GOD for someone like Kyle with the BALLS to shed some new light and a refreshing viewpoint for a change. I for one support him and this 100% and I have nothing to gain and have never even met Kyle.

Was a great read, becoming redundant though....

I struggled with commenting but hey, why not join the fun?

Loretta's is a great event and one that many riders strive to make. Hard to find the negativity in an event that show cases many of the top riders in our sport. I use the term "many" because not "all" can afford to go. And you know what, that's ok. It's a sporting event ran by a private company, it's not an entitlement. MX Sports-Racer Productions, etc have earned my respect by holding top notch events from GNCC to LL for many years. I suspect they have done way more to further our sport than any other entity. I could be wrong, but compare this last years events (pro and am) to one's 20 years ago.

As for Sean, the video's and the comments made....was anything really said so bad that professional grown up people would actually act like children? I bought the videos and I suspect the answer is, and should be no....

As I mentioned in my first post ever (heck yeah!) I know most of the characters in this play and they are all stand up folks. Beyond that, I think I may have read 9 pages of reckless speculation. Fun as it has been, it's just that, speculation.

As having went down the same road as Sean. I honestly feel the same way about the sport as him.. I completely walked away wouldn't even consider putting a leg over a seat cause my family now means more to me then that feeling I got from riding.. Anybody can say yea whatever your not true moto at heart.. Bullshit to compete at that level you kill yourself.. Look at Vilipoto. He checked out why cause he made a ton of money, no he's tired of how the sport/industry treats people.. Honestly the fans were the best part of riding. The true friends made.. This sport we all love! (and yes I still do) will chew you up spit you out and take your family broke quicker then a drop of rain dries in Cali.. The manufactures/sanctioning bodies have made sure to make this sport profitable for them selfs.. If you as a rider considered the sport just as if you were a company how long would you loose money to get to a spot were your making money.. Think about it and I mean making night shows/ lining up on the gate at a national still not making money.. How many football,basketball,baseball,golf, an hockey players pay to play each game were talking top level...

is it not ironic that you completly walk away from the sport, yet you still post on message board about it?

parents pushing kids to the point they doin;t enjoy it is part of nearly every sport in this professional era, camps, specail diets, training, sport is not seen as fun to some parents anymore, but a career, and in this sport, its a dumb choice,

i was sitting with a group of mates have a beer last friday night, and we all agreed that we would not get our kids (i dont have any but they do) into racing like we all did, we are all mid to late 30's, and in the 20 years since we were kids the sport has changed, and got way more serious, even on this small island at the bottom of the world, will it go back to the way it was, i seriously doubt it,

The immense and countless hours we put towards creating original content, hunting down the interesting from others, plus trying to keep the forum a semi-friendly place... we do this for the riders and our viewers. If you think we somehow do this for ourselves or some agenda... I laugh...

In the time I've been at Vital, I've had a very small handful of emails towards changing something, and it's usually based off me jumping the gun on a rumor or contract change. I've never had a promoter or manufacture tell me what not to post or to remove anything like you're suggesting.

Have a nice timeout, please email us when you consider what I've posted above and understand what we do around here, not wearing tinfoil hats...

Some stupid stuff is said here or there, which is the same in any forum ive ever looked at. Whether it be wakeboarding, MX, truck forums or paper mache. They all have some of it, but these guys comjng in here hating on GuyB and ML512 is crazy to me. Sounds like the kid crying in the corner because no one likes them.
