I had heard Walker was a bit under the weather in the days leading up. I wonder if the humidity had an effect also. Webb was awesome either way.

I don't think so. Fitness should not be an issue for those guys. The KTM factory Enduro riders have to do pass blood testing on a regular basis and if the results are not top notch they get cut their salarys drastically. Cody is just that good.

I don't think so. Fitness should not be an issue for those guys. The KTM factory Enduro riders have to do pass blood testing on a regular basis and if the results are not top notch they get cut their salarys drastically. Cody is just that good.
So they aren't allowed to be sick? Your post doesn't make any sense.

Yes sir, we were invited actually. They put on a great event and are only trying to grow the sport.
A huge thank you to Cody for showcasing his talent with a 360fly mounted, he completely destroyed the field.

Sure they are. But if their results aren't good enough, they have to explain themselves...don't want to spread rumors here. I'm not sure with Walker, I'm talking the EWC team. Believe what you may but don't think Pit Beirer comes by to give them a pat on the back if they are often sick. The scene is small and Ktm is well known for their practises.

Edit: I didn't know that Walker was sick at the event

walker was a little under the weather but Cody was also coming off a bum leg just weeks prior

Jonny downplayed his sickness, he was quite sick. But Cody is very talented and would have been tough to beat regardless. Coulda woulda been a good battle
