I read previous interview where you claimed that you liked the KTM better than the YZ. In your opinion, would the KTM (minus suspension) with YZ forks/shock be an ultimate "out of the box" 125?
I think the KTMs suspension is better than the yz so I think the KTM is better than the Yamaha and all around the best 2 stroke

I think most of us who lose our shit when we see guys getting it done on two strokes feel that way because we know it's more work to make it happen on a 125!

2. What age did you start riding at and who got you started?

I was at Washougal this year, and tracked you down in the pits because you were the only dude I cared to meet. Being self made is an admirable trait and I just wanted to shake your hand. It was my first ever national race and having you out there on that 125 was the only reason I started giving a shit this season, so thanks for keeping the 2t hype alive for us, you're a badass mofo.

Also thanks for coming on here! I suggested your presence a month or so ago and thanks to Vital, as always, they pulled thru and were very satisfied.

Congratulations on staying true to yourself and not simply getting on a four stroke when even by your own admission you'd most likely be finishing better. It takes someone who believes in themselves and is committed to their vision to stay the course as you've done.

My question is would you stick around vital even after this Q&A and continue to participate? It would be awesome to hear more about your program and the races in general from the viewpoint of a true privateer who is following their dream and staying true to themselves.

the ktm was completely stock besides the suspension, pipe and silencer. the Yamaha had complete moto work and anything you could have done to the bike done. a waste of $6000.

always keep an eye out on your reed block, the ktm stock reeds are junk.

yeah a lot of local kids post videos trying to get me to race them for money but the coin comes from their dads pocket so I dont want to take their dads money. I went with the 125 for publicity reasons and I rather ride in the lights class

Stankdog, you're the man! Nothing better than confidence when you know you can do something. Speaks volumes for your character. I don't think there are many people out there that doubt that statement. The 2 stroke campaign was unreal and awesome to follow, however, I became an INSTANT FAN when I saw on Instagram the video that Daniel Blair posted of you (still in your gear) straight killin that Fireball moments after the Vegas AX Main win! Helps show you're still a human and awesome dude off the track compared to the somewhat robots some of the other riders seem to be that you line up with and compete with week in and week out. Wow, this is eye opening. My slightly modded RM was slower than a stock yz125, so I really want to try a new 125SX now Woohoo
