JdG (Jan de Groot) Factory Cylinder with brand new Nikasil. I had this measured by Mitutoyo to size the correct piston for me, they said it was an excellent Nikasil job too which is nice. Motor done once he new cylinder and head nuts arrive from Kawi today with some other final bits...

Looking ace Chuck.

I had Poeton Aptec bore and re-plate my CR125 cylinder to suit the piston I sent them. Never seen such an amazing job before. Pay for it though.

Multiple bikes of the day/week ... Easily another one here ... Plenty of race wins ... And your own company.

I swear, if you wanted to become President you could probably do that, too.

Amazing work -- plenty of us old fogies are re-living the era of raves, grunge & super extended childhoods (well, these three things apply to my '90s, anyway!), via your awesome builds

PS. More projects please LOL

Also a big thanks for you, your projects are a pleasure to follow.

I couldn't put myself to scuffing that NOS Khi clutch cover! All the rest replaceable. Those things are getting hard to come bye new.

Correct original shorty silencer!

Please ignore the long mount bolt... This one along with rear mudguard rear mount bolts have lock nuts on the backs now as it was common for them to come loose when riding..

Me neither, i'd never do such a thing! Smile

You'll be glad to see i've had my stock cl cover blasted and hard anodised that i'll use to ride with!
