Finally finished, Can't thank all of our team sponsors enough in helping with this build !! big thanks to Digger29 as well for the carburator specs. The bike runs like a top. I will post some reviews on the pipe and other products when I get some track time in on it.

Nice dent in the bills! I didn't have an hour on my new pipe and my silencer bolts were all loose with 1 missing.. Closest to where it mates with the header.. I'm digging my digger special. Longing for a 300 kit though.

How did the bills pipe perform? What do people think the best pipe is for the sx250?

The Bills is by far the best system for this bike, I have ridden with both the FMF and the PC and the power delivery of the Bills is un-matched and it never seems to sign off, it just keeps pulling and pulling. I am extremely happy with it. not to mention...The SOUND it produces is sexy enough to raise the dead. Yes it gets dented but find a 2 stroke pipe that doesn't haha for the price you can buy 2 or 3 before your buddy pays off his 4 stroke system.

Before anyone jumps to conclusions on the motor not being stock it is un touched from intake boot to exhaust port (which is required in our CMRC Pro Class Rule book for the MX2 class) other then the Carb settings that I got from Digger 29. there has been nothing done to the motor. So its all the Bills System making the difference.

Next year I am taking a step back from any National racing so I might look at doing some carb mods and or a 300SX kit since our local races are a PRO GP class.

I have the bills aswell, along with fmf,pc, its expensive but the new scalvini will blow your mind!

I can't judge my bills against anything else yet but so far I can't complain about anything other than the bolts working loose so quickly.. The new scalvini is tempting though. Scalvini silencer too? My motor is still stock as well and so far I've been happy that it's pulling my 215 self to the first turns quite well.. The first 50 yards I've had a bike length or so but the 450s come up on me once they grab 3rd.. My wife did take a quick vid last weekend at the races and I didn't realize it sounded so great amongst the sounds of 450s until I watched the video (that I don't know how to post)..

I weigh about the same as u, I dont like the way my bike runs with the shorter silencers, where I ride its long deep natural sand terrain tracks, the scalvini silencer is about as sexy as it gets and is a couple inches longer than a shorty, I run the full size pc or the scalvini,

I am going to miss my 300sx , once my 16 350 sxf arrives in the next day or so, not that I have sold the 300 yet.
